We stand behind every transfer we ship. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match your approved artwork, we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked. Our art review team catches issues before printing so you rarely need to use this, but it's always there.
Art Upload Recommendations
All file types accepted. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are recommended for the sharpest results. Raster artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final print size. For optimal color accuracy, design in Adobe RGB (1998) color profile.
Minimum detail size: Elements smaller than 0.02" (0.5mm) may not transfer cleanly.
Canva or Procreate users: Export as PDF for best resolution — PNG at 300 DPI also works well.
White backgrounds: Use a transparent PNG for dark garments — solid white backgrounds will transfer as white.

Pressing DTF Transfers

Pre-press the garment
3–5 sec at 310°F to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Position the transfer
Place ink-side down. Secure with heat-tape if needed.

Press at 310°F for 12–15 sec
Medium-firm pressure. Use a Teflon sheet.

Peel and finish
Standard: warm peel. Cold: wait 60 sec. Hot: peel immediately.
No heat press?
A household iron on cotton/high setting (~350°F) works too. Use a Teflon sheet and firm pressure for 15–20 seconds.

What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-colour prints on a special film with hot-melt adhesive. Heat-press onto any fabric in seconds — vibrant, durable, 100+ wash life.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order 1 or 10,000 — same quality, same process. Volume discounts apply automatically.
What sizes are available?
16+ preset sizes from 2"×2" up to 14"×16", plus fully custom W×H. Gang sheets are 22" wide, 2ft–40ft long.
What is a gang sheet and why use one?
A gang sheet packs multiple designs onto one large film — you pay per sheet area, not per design. Saves up to 68% vs individual sizes.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS. Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. RGB preferred — CMYK converts automatically.
Do you check artwork before printing?
Yes — every file is reviewed by our art team. DPI, colour space, transparency. If there's an issue, we contact you before printing.
Do I need a transparent background?
For best results, yes. A transparent PNG ensures no white box around your design. We can remove backgrounds for a small fee.
Can I upload multiple designs?
Yes — use the gang sheet builder to drag and drop multiple designs. Auto-nesting packs them efficiently.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes. Orders before 2PM EST ship the same business day via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The countdown shows exactly how long you have.
How much does shipping cost?

What fabrics work with DTF?
Any fabric — cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, denim. Any garment colour. No restrictions, unlike sublimation.
What temperature and pressure?
325°F (163°C), medium pressure, 15 seconds. Cold peel. Reduce to 305°F/12s for nylon or heat-sensitive fabrics.
Can I use a Cricut EasyPress?
Yes — Cricut EasyPress, household irons (high heat, no steam), and commercial heat presses all work great.
How long will the print last?
100+ washes when applied correctly and laundered inside-out in cold water.
